Our tour will start with a visit to a local market, and perhaps the butcher, where we will shop for fresh ingredients.
Once we arrive at the kitchen, your instructor will deliver a lecture on the basics of Turkish cuisine, how it's generally prepared, and a survey of its most popular ingredients.
You'll then begin cooking on your own: mezes, salads, and main courses. All the while, you'll enjoy light snacks, delicious Turkish cheese, and cold drinks.
At the end, everybody will enjoy the dinner that was collectively prepared by you and your fellow classmates.
Afterwards, you will be driven back to your hotel.
